For day tours in Iceland, Nordic Visitor charges for the full amount at the time of booking. After you have submitted your booking on our website, a travel consultant will review the booking details and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours (Monday through Friday). In the event that Nordic Visitor is unable to obtain confirmation from the supplier, an alternative will be offered. If you do not accept the alternative, or Nordic Visitor is unable to offer an alternative, no charge will be made. You will be notified of any relevant changes prior to issuing your confirmation invoice. Once your booking has been reviewed and the payment received, Nordic Visitor will issue the invoice and vouchers for all of your day tours by email (as PDF attachments). You will need to print them out and bring them with you to present to the operators of your day tours. If you lose your documents during your holiday, please contact us or stop into our office at Bríetartún 13, 105 Reykjavík during our regular business hours.
